My background in the mortgage business started a century ago, as I decided to make a career change. I started in this business part time and quickly decided that this was a career that I felt could be very rewarding. I became very knowledgeable in different products and the best way to structure a loan for our client?s best interest. My goal is to educate every one of our clients and make sure that they are getting the BEST loan program and rate for their short term or long term needs. I believe that with the market changing directions continually, educating our clients is the future of our industry. My areas of expertise are: Conventional, FHA 203B & 203K loans, VA loans, Purchase or Refinance loans, Owner Occupied, 2nd Home or Non-Owner Occupied, Self-Employed and Challenged credit.
